What you ask before hiring a driver
Is fuel included in the price?
Yes. The hourly price covers fuel within Skopje metro (up to 10 km/hour). Intercity routes (Ohrid, Bitola, borders) get a custom quote that includes fuel + driver overnight if needed.
What if my plans change — can I extend on the day?
Yes, subject to driver availability. Extension is charged at the same hourly rate, rounded up to the next half hour. Tell the driver at least 1 hour before your scheduled end time.
Do I tip the driver?
Tips are never expected — service, parking, tolls, fuel are all included. If you'd like to tip for exceptional service, 5-10% is the norm.
Can the driver wait for me during meetings / dinner?
Yes. Waiting time is counted as part of your booked hours — driver stays nearby. For multi-hour waits we recommend a half-day or full-day package for better economics.
Do drivers speak English / Turkish / German?
All drivers speak conversational English. Turkish and German are available on request (notify at booking). Macedonian and Albanian always available.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. 24-12h: 30% charge. Under 12h or no-show: 100%. Weather-related cancellations are always free.
