Yes — reservations accept cards, bank transfer, cash on pickup or crypto (when enabled). However, the security deposit at pickup is held on a credit card (preferred) or paid as cash deposit, refunded on return.

July-August and Christmas/New Year book 2-3 weeks ahead. Off-season (November–March) same-day is usually fine. For special cars (Mercedes S, BMW 7, convertibles) always 1 week+ because stock is limited.

Economy cars: €200-300. Business: €400-600. Premium: €800-1,200. Executive: €1,500+. Blocked on a credit card at pickup and released within 7-14 days after return (bank timing).

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup: 100% refund. 24-48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund. Modifications (dates, car class) are free up to 24 hours before pickup subject to availability.

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer (IBAN), cash on pickup (EUR or MKD), and crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH — when enabled). The admin-managed list on our booking page always shows the currently active methods.

No. The price you see includes unlimited mileage (standard), basic insurance and VAT. Optional extras shown transparently: child seat (€5/day), additional driver (€5/day), GPS (€3/day), cross-border fee (€15-30/day), airport meet-&-greet is FREE.

Yes — CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and theft protection are always included. The deductible (excess) is shown per car. For zero excess, Super CDW add-on costs €8-15/day depending on car class.

With standard CDW, you pay the excess (deductible) — typically €500-1,500 — and insurance covers the rest. Police report required for accidents involving others. With Super CDW, you pay €0 for most damage categories.

Yes — 24/7 roadside assistance is included across Macedonia. Call the number on your rental contract and a towing/replacement team is dispatched. Business tier gets priority response (60 min guarantee in Skopje metro area).

Yes. Our partner meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board. No shuttle, no queue — keys are handed over next to the car. Free service. Flight delays are tracked automatically; no extra fee for late flights.

Yes, during the summer season (May-October) when OHD has commercial flights. Off-season, most rentals are picked up in Ohrid city center or Skopje Airport (2h 40min drive to Ohrid).

We monitor your flight automatically. The partner adjusts pickup time — no extra fee for delays up to 2 hours. For longer delays or missed flights, contact us on WhatsApp and we reschedule free of charge.

Yes, with prior notice. Cross-border fee €15-30/day, green card insurance is extended automatically for the requested countries. Kosovo, Albania and Greece are most common. Request in the booking notes — we confirm in the quote.

Yes — one-way between Macedonian cities is possible. Typical fees: Skopje↔Ohrid €25-40, Skopje↔Bitola €20-35. Request in booking notes; if the partner doesn't cover that route, we find another that does.

Full-to-full: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full. If you return it under full, the partner charges the missing fuel plus a €10-15 refuel service fee. Keep the fuel receipt for evidence.

Yes — €5/day per additional driver. Maximum 2 additional drivers. Each must present a valid license at pickup and meet the minimum age requirements. Spouse discount: first additional driver free.

Yes — infant, child (9-18 kg) and booster seats available at €5/day. GPS navigation €3/day (all new cars have built-in navigation — usually free). Request in the booking notes. Unlimited data SIM card €3/day.

Call the 24/7 assistance number on your contract. A replacement car is dispatched — in Skopje metro within 60 min, elsewhere in Macedonia up to 2 hours. The replacement is the same class or higher, no extra charge.

English, Turkish, Macedonian and Albanian — 24/7 via phone, WhatsApp and email. German and Serbian are available during business hours. Typical response time: under 10 minutes on WhatsApp.
