Do you issue e-invoices with full VAT detail?

Yes. We issue Macedonian e-invoices with VAT breakdown monthly. PDF + CSV exports included. We also support consolidated billing across subsidiaries.

Can we pay on NET 30 / NET 60 terms?

Starter plan is prepaid card/IBAN. Business is NET 30 after credit check. Enterprise is fully negotiable — NET 60/90 with bank guarantee.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No lock-in on Starter. Business and Enterprise plans are monthly with a 30-day notice to cancel. Annual contracts unlock an additional 5% discount.

Can multiple employees book from the same company account?

Yes. Assign roles (booker, approver, finance) and set per-user monthly budgets. Every booking carries a cost-center tag for reporting.

Do you integrate with SAP / Oracle / Odoo?

Yes via REST API on the Enterprise tier. We also publish a read-only webhook for booking events so your ERP stays in sync.

What happens if a car breaks down at 11pm?

Business tier: your AM is reachable until midnight. Enterprise: 24/7 duty officer with a guaranteed replacement within 60 minutes in Skopje metro.
