Before you commit
Can I cancel early?
3-month minimum commitment. After that, 30-day notice to cancel — no penalty. 12-month plans get a 15% discount but charge a pro-rated exit fee if ended before month 10.
What happens if I go over the mileage?
Overage is charged at €0.15/km for Essential, €0.12/km for Comfort, €0.10/km for Prestige. Billed monthly. You can also upgrade mid-contract to a higher km plan.
Can I swap cars during the subscription?
Comfort gets one swap/month, Prestige one every 2 months. Essential is fixed-model. Swaps are subject to fleet availability — usually 48h notice.
Is insurance really fully included?
Yes. Comprehensive (kasko) + third-party liability + roadside assistance + glass + tire. €0 deductible on Prestige, €500 on Comfort, €1,000 on Essential.
Can I travel abroad with the car?
EU + Balkans (Kosovo, Albania, Greece, Serbia) included. Other countries require prior approval — usually a €15/day cross-border fee.
What if I have an accident?
24/7 hotline. Partner dispatches a replacement car within 2 hours (Skopje metro). Your deductible is the only out-of-pocket cost.
